Production- Second Shoot

Here are some notes that I made on my way home from the second shoot:

I scheduled this shoot to be on a sunny day to avoid poor lighting as it would cause footage to portray sombre emotions rather than reflecting the upbeat and lively feel of the song. Confirmation of my predictions can be seen below:

Creating the desired set: 

In order to use my time efficiently, a friend and I tidied and assembled the set before my talents arrived, making sure that the mis-en-scene itself is aesthetically pleasing so that any footage shot, would hopefully follow suit.

Here is a picture with lighting and props (the plants) added. This was not the final look, however at this point we were still experimenting with the mis-en-scene.

Before the first shooting, I took some test shots to see what I would be able to achieve with the given equipment; a tripod and a Canon EOS 1300D.
